Dogs Clothes

I have a 3 month female Chi. It’s cold outside and in my house. I put a sweater on her and she won’t move. She won’t walk or play. Nothing. She just sleeps and is immobile. How do I get her more comfortable with clothes? I’ve only put them on her a few hours a day, but I hate to see her unhappy.
I’m in Colorado and it’s very cold right now and snow. She won’t go out at all. I did not buy a Chi to dress her up. I am trying to keep her warm and that’s it. Like I mentioned, she is only 3 months old. She doesn’t like the cold and it’s not fun for her to run around in it. She only weights 2 pounds! Calling me names over a simple question is ridiculous. If you don’t like the question . . . don’t answer it!

I really need and want to get him clothes to keep him warm during the winter but I am having a hard time finding them small enough. Please help!

i have a teacup chihuahua puppy and she will not get very big but i cant find any doggie cloths that will fit her they are all to big. anyone know thanx for your awnsers!!!!!
