When i come from the gym or when my bf takes his clothes off and if they are on the floor NEAR the hamper, the dog is rolling on his back on the dirty clothes, WHY?

I like to buy a lot of clothes for my dogs, and other dog friends. I wouldn’t mind if there was a quantity discount as I usually buy large quantities anyway. I know of lovelonglong already.
as soon as i get my clothes on the floor on their way to the hamper, my little dog sets up camp and immediately sleeps on them! i’m not squeamish or anything (these clothes will be meeting the washing machine anyway), but i am concerned why he does this - should i view this as a sign of separation anxiety? please reply!
Because I always hear that. Like, “oh he just smells your dog on your clothes.” whenever a dog smells my pants or something. But is it true? Same with cats?
I have never dressed my dogs, but one of my close friend’s does. What do you think?
I have a little tiny yorkie pup and she has a lot of clotes that she’ll grow into (t-shirts and one sundress) i have a really small one and when its cold out i put it on and it warms her up (she likes it). Everyone that sees her in it scowls and gets angry at me. Is it that wrong?
I love it! My dog Dobbie had so many clothes, but grew out of them so now Pugglestix has all these clothes! he looks soooo dang cute in them!!!
