i have a redbone puppy, i’ve had her for about 2 months but shes like 4 months old. shes gettin better at not peeing a pooping on the floor but she never actually lets me know when she needs to go out. i still havent tried puppy pads with her tho.
could anyone tell me the best way to do it?

I just got my puppy an indoor puppy potty, and every hour I try putting her on their and I always say, “Go potty!” She does know what that means but she won’t go. How can I get her to go on her puppy potty? It’s a plastic grass terf. We call it her puppy potty.
Thanks!

I have a 7 week old puggle (pug, beagle mix). She gives no warning before she goes to the bathroom. Is she too young to potty train? If not, how should I potty train?

I have a 6 month old Beagle. When I first brought him home, he was doing so well. I got him to where he would go to the door when he had to go to the bathroom, but he wouldn’t make any noise, so sometimes he would have an accident by the door, which is understandable. So I tied a can with some pennies to the door, which he could hit when he needed to go out. This worked wonderfully well, and he was doing great. But recently, he seems to be going backwards. I took him out camping with me and since then he’s gotten gradually worse. Now its to the point where he doesn’t go to the door anymore and instead just goes to the bathroom whereever and whenever he feels like it. He has been fixed, so I know he’s not marking, he’s just going pee and poop wherever. We can even take him outside and he’ll go to the bathroom, and we’ll praise him, then we’ll bring him inside and shortly after he’ll go to the bathroom again! Does any one know why he’s doing this, and further, how to correct it?

I just got a puppy…he’s not house broken…so I have the fun of training…any tips?

He is about 10 months, and I live in an apartment. I’ve trained him to not go inside, and he doesn’t but we do not have time to take him out every 3-4 hours. At the moment we take him out twice a day, once in the morning and once every evening, but I feel terrible that perhaps he feels like going, and holds it in all day. That would be very painful for humans, and I feel bad for the little guy.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The family dog is a year and two months old. Alot of times she still goes potty in the house. How do we get the dog to go outside all the time? It would save work to clean carpets and get rid of the stink for good. I always try to enforce dicipline saying no or bad whatnot. How can this be enforced as a family thing?

My 1 year old Pomeranian has been tinkling in small amounts on the edges of the kitchen floor instead of on his dog potty. I think he’s “marking”. Does this stop if he gets nuetered?
